1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, registering for, or using the website https://integerai.in, affiliated registration portals (including https://integerai.in/registration/), live training sessions, masterclasses, trainer portals, digital prompt libraries, and corporate workforce enablement programs (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Services") provided by IntegerAI / Nithya R ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you ("User," "Client," "Participant," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our Platform and Services.

2. Scope of Services & Educational Nature

IntegerAI provides executive education, live online business transformation masterclasses (such as the AI Business Transformation Bootcamp and Corporate AI Workforce Mastery), diagnostic tools (e.g., The Time Leak Audit), and practical prompt engineering toolkits designed to guide business owners, managers, and corporate teams in integrating Artificial Intelligence into their business workflows.

Advisory Disclaimer: All content, tools, prompts, and frameworks are provided for educational and business enablement purposes. While our strategies are based on real-world implementations, IntegerAI does not guarantee specific revenue figures, cost savings, or operational outcomes. AI model outputs depend on third-party foundation models and user execution.

3. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All intellectual property rights in the course materials, prompt playbooks, slide decks, video curriculum, architecture blueprints, diagnostic formulas, code snippets, and website assets belong exclusively to IntegerAI and Nithya R.

• Single-User License: When you purchase a Masterclass ticket or corporate training seat, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to use the materials for your personal or internal business implementation.
• Restrictions: You may not record, redistribute, publish, resell, sub-license, white-label, or publicly broadcast any training sessions, video recordings, or proprietary prompt vaults without prior written consent from IntegerAI.

4. User Registration & Conduct

When registering for masterclasses or downloading resources, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact details (name, email, phone number, organization name).
• Refrain from sharing private webinar join links, access passwords (e.g., Prompt Vault passkeys), or course credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Maintain professional, respectful conduct during live interactive Q&A sessions and group workshops.
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws and ethical AI usage guidelines when implementing AI systems.

5. Fees, Payment Terms & Taxes

All fees for live masterclasses, corporate training contracts, and premium advisory retainers are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or agreed foreign currency, inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are securely processed via certified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay / Stripe). IntegerAI does not store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.

6. Third-Party AI Platforms & Tools

Our training curriculum covers leading artificial intelligence platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Copilot), Zapier, Make, and other third-party SaaS applications.

IntegerAI is an independent training and consulting firm and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Microsoft. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent subscriptions, API keys, and compliance with the terms of those third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntegerAI, its founder Nithya R, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or third-party AI software.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
